Q: Do all our signals come from Asia?
– Not at all. Most of our users are in the United States and Europe. We post URLs around US peak times to get the highest quality of shares.
Q: What is a drip feed?
– Drip feeding means that we will add the social signals by only allowing a natural amount of shares every day.
Q: Can I add these signals to get likes on my Facebook page?
– What you are after are ‘fan page likes’, which is a product that we are not currently supporting since we are solely focusing on products that rank!
Q: Is this a monthly service?
The packages are NOT billed monthly.
Q: Can I use Facebook, Twitter, or Pinterest URLs?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept social media platform URLs as the signals we provide are on-page.
Q. Why are half of the signals missing from my campaign.
One of the most common reasons for a URL’s social analytics to start feeding incorrect would be because a URL changed from HTTP to HTTPs (or vice versa) mid-campaign.
Also Twitter changed the way their buttons work as of late. (November of 2015) Those numbers are no longer publicly viewable, but you can read some articles regarding this below:

Q: Can I split my signals over multiple URLs?
We only allow multiple URLs to be ordered if the product being ordered is one of the following:
5×200 Signals
10×200 Signals
20×200 Signals
Otherwise we do not allow for multiple URLs to be submitted for a regular product.
Q: It’s been 24hours, why haven’t I received any signals yet?
There is a set-up time between when you receive your processing confirmation email and when the signals will start. This set-up time usually takes anywhere from 24 to 48 hours. In that time frame, you should start to see the first signals being dripped.
Q: What kind of URLs can I not use?
Anything listed below,
Facebook (Eg. Pages / Groups)
Pinterest
Redirected URLs (URLs that redirect when opened)
Adult content
Pharmaceutical Sites (Supplements, any kind of pill or powder)
Gambling Related Sites
Weaponry / Firearms
